Usually, deliveries are made within 3-5 working days after the orders placed with the store.
We do our best to ship each item in your order within 10 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 20 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same.
Local customers may receive the purchased items within 5-7 working days after the delivery is made from the vendor’s end. In many real time cases it arrives much early than this given average period.
International customers may receive the purchased items between 14-23 business days after the delivery is made by vendor. It also arrive much earlier when overseas vendor is from the neighbor country.

- You shall place multiple orders, if you wish to ship products to different addresses.
- Shipping would be made to your given address. it doesn’t matter where you are based at while ordering an item.

- While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. In that case we would inform the situation to you, and the unshipped part of your bill would be refunded back to you at the earliest.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and inform our customer care immediately at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. When the customer purchases a product from the Website, Sirtaz makes it sure that the items purchased should be dispatched from the nearest vendor to the customer. It eliminates extra shipping cost to the customer if the same items were dispatched from the distant vendors. We do exercise this rule if alternative vendors are available for the items sold.

Courier companies generally deliver the shipments during normal working hours, which may vary across different courier companies in the country and also from country to country.

Customs Duty for International orderWe do not take any duty/taxes in advance from our customers. If any such duty/taxes are applicable for your shipment, the respective courier company will directly contact you with the required information.
Import duties/taxes may arise on the arrival of your parcel to the shipping destination. The charges may vary as per the rules of different countries depending on the merchandise, order value, merchandise quantity, end use, and composition of materials used to make the merchandise and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.
Please note Custom Duty is added over and above the Shipping Cost. Shipping & handling costs refer to the cost of shipping an item from the shipping location to the destination country.
On receiving such information, you will have to pay the duty/taxes amount to the concerned courier company. Once paid, the service provider usually delivers the shipment to you within 48 hours.
