Our Shipping Policy for INDIA

We always aim at delivering what is ordered in the least possible time to reach you in excellent condition.

Usually, deliveries are made within 5-7 working days after the orders placed with the store.

We do our best to ship each item in your order within 1-2 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3-5 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same.

Local customers may receive the purchased items within 5-7 working days after the delivery is made from the vendor’s end. In many real time cases it arrives much early than this given average period.

Please read following guidelines

  1. You shall place multiple orders, if you wish to ship products to different addresses.
  2. Shipping would be made to your given address. It doesn’t matter where you are based at while ordering an item. You can order gifts/presents to family/friends and loved ones in INDIA even though you are living out of INDIA while making an order.
  3. We ship from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
  4. We only ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.
  5. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, large number of products in single order or availability. Some items of your order may belong to different merchants based on different locations in the country. You may receive multiple deliveries of one large order originating from different locations. In that case we would inform the situation to you and the unshipped part of your bill would be refunded back to you at the earliest.
  6. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and inform our customer care immediately at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest possible time.

When the customer purchases a product from the Website, Sirtaz makes it sure that the items purchased should be dispatched from the nearest vendor to the customer. It eliminates extra shipping cost if the same items were dispatched from the distant vendors. We do exercise this rule if alternative vendors are available for the items sold.

Sirtaz tries it’s best to dispatch the sold items from the local market vendors to reduce unnecessary shipping time to our valuable customers.

Sirtaz has made it mandatory for all our vendors to use the local reliable, efficient and fast courier services for the delivery of goods as their first priority to procure cheapest shipping cost to our customers.

We have tie-ups with ALL the leading courier companies in INDIA to deliver to a majority of the postal codes in INDIA.

Sirtaz uses speed post service of Indian Postal Services for the area codes which are not being served by other courier companies to deliver goods to the customers in the remote areas in INDIA.

Courier companies generally deliver the shipments during normal working hours, which may vary across different courier companies in the country.

Sirtaz delivers the goods to our valuable customers from local market in cost effective manner with much ease, efficiency and reliability with the help our all delivery partners from logistics industry.
