Return & Exchange Policy

We do our best send you what you have ordered but if something isn’t right, let us know.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected.

You may return or exchange the merchandise.

For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags.

The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered to the customer at his/her given shipping address. After passing this period, you would be no longer entitled for exchange.

We do not accept return or exchange of gift certificates, Jewellery, bags, perfumes and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Returns are not valid for discounted merchandise.

Please note that all the discounted items which are sold online are not eligible for returns. Please check the following guidelines before returning a defective or wrongly delivered product.

  • Valid return must be completed within 7 days of item being delivered.
  • The item(s) must be in original and unused condition.
  • The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition.
  • The item(s) being returned must qualify for return.
  • The item(s) must be in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
  • All the guarantee/warranty cards of the item in the packaging must be returned.
  • Promotional or free gifts must be returned with original item if any delivered with it.

Please inform our customer service staff 844-844-3303 immediately for anything delivered wrong/defective mistakenly by our vendor. If the lines are busy or you are calling us after business hours please follow our guidelines as given ahead.

 

STEP 1: You can use Return form in the website footer to initiate the process at your end. We would stay in contact with you while processing your request.

STEP 2: We would assess the information provided by you in the Step 1 and advise you accordingly, If you are eligible for the return.

We would provide you the address where you have to send your parcel back for refund/exchange/return of the items ordered previously.

We would happily arrange exchange/return/refund possible for you if you are an eligible customer to do so.


Easy Returns and Exchanges

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Under Our Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our courier partners in the country.

SIRTAZ will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, SIRTAZ would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

 

PICK UP INITIATED BY SIRTAZ

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and inform our customer care immediately at ishop@sirtaz.com, mentioning your order reference number.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest possible time subject to availability of stock at the merchants’ end.

We would credit the order amount back into your original payment method in a case where replacement items are out of stock or unavailable with the original merchant(s).

 

Pick up by SIRTAZ

We would initiate the pickup scheduled from your end for the replacement delivery after you have successfully informed the Sirtaz’s customer care and filled up return form as advised above.

Please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup. A further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

We would let you know the outcome of the received return package at our end after the inspection of all the items, tags, labels, warranty cards etc. and advise you accordingly.

 

Self-shipped by customer

When pickup by Sirtaz is not possible because of the limitations of our courier partner service provider companies.

It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

1. On the invoice you receive in your email, Cross the item’s number and circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice in the package to be returned.

3. Courier the parcel back to us on the address supplied to you by our customer care.

4. Please use some reliable and secure service provider while returning the original order parcel. We are not responsible for its misplacement by any service provider.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange / refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

We do refunds when approved for online paid orders is only credited back to the original payment method used (master/visa/net banking).

The cost of self-shipped return orders are refunded to the customer as Store Credits if the return delivery is marked as a valid and approved by help desk team. You may be asked to provide the original receipt of shipped items at invoices@sirtaz.com .
