You may exchange the merchandise for a different colour, size or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected.You may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered to the customer at his/her given shipping address. We do not accept return or exchange of gift certificates, Jewellery, bags, and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

- Valid return must be completed within 7 days of item being delivered
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The item is in a re-sellable condition
- The item being returned qualifies for return
- The item is in its original packaging, with all labels attached
- All the guarantee/warranty cards of the item in the packaging must be returned
- Promotional free gifts must be returned with original item if any delivered with

Easy online domestic returns and exchangesIt’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
1. On the invoice you receive in your email, Cross the item’s number and circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
3. Courier the parcel back to us on the address supplied to you by our customer care.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
We do refunds when approved for online paid orders is only credited back to the original payment method used (master/visa/net banking).
International ReturnsWe do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
We do make several checks before actually delivering an item to the customer. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please inform us immediately at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 7 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.
Please only start returning product(s) procedure after receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us. In the confirmation mail we would give you address to return the given items, if it has been approved by our customer care team.
Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us.
We won’t be liable to pay the duties/taxes arises on the return shipment.
